Flashing & Accessories

Roof flashing is used to seal joints, edges and junctions on a roof, such as where a roof panel meets a wall, corner or another roof section, to prevent water ingress. It's a key finishing component in any sandwich panel or metal roofing installation.

This range includes flashings such as corner flashing and roof backbone covering flashing, along with fixings and trims including waterproof rivets, stitching screws, self tapping screws, an add-on gutter brace, and a centre joint trim. Each item supports a different part of a metal roof or panel installation.

Internal roof backbone flashing covers the joint along the ridge or backbone of a roof from the underside, while roof backbone covering flashing is fitted externally over the ridge to seal it from the weather above. Both work together to protect the highest point of the roof.

A corner flashing seals and finishes an external corner junction on a roof or wall panel installation, preventing water from tracking in at the angle where two panel runs meet. It's fitted over the corner joint as part of the standard weatherproofing detail.

An add-on gutter brace provides additional structural support to a guttering system, helping it carry the load of water and debris without sagging over time. It's fitted alongside the existing gutter fixings as a reinforcing accessory.

A stitching screw is used to join or "stitch" together overlapping sheets of metal roofing or cladding along a seam. A self tapping screw cuts its own thread as it's driven in, commonly used to fix panels, trims and flashings directly to the supporting structure.

A centre joint trim covers and seals the joint where two roof or wall panels meet along a central run, giving a weathertight finish and a neat line between panels. It's fitted along the length of the joint during installation.
