We want you to be happy with your purchase from Titan Forge Materials. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Cancelling an Online Order

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period.

Certain products and circumstances may be excluded from cancellation rights under applicable law.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

2. Returning Products

Returned products should be:

• Unused where applicable.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Complete with any accessories supplied.

Products that have been installed, altered, cut, damaged or otherwise used may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the law permits us to exclude or reduce the refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty, damaged or does not match the product description, please contact us.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

4. Incorrect Products

5. Bespoke or Made-to-Order Products

Products manufactured or supplied specifically to a customer’s requirements may be excluded from standard cancellation rights where permitted by law.

If a product is bespoke, made to measure or otherwise personalised, this will be made clear before purchase where applicable.

6. Return Delivery Costs

Where a customer is returning an item because they have changed their mind, return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Titan Forge Materials will deal with the matter in accordance with the customer’s statutory rights.

7. Refunds

Once a return has been received and assessed, we will process any applicable refund.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

The timing of the refund appearing in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Reduced Value

Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
